This is an amortizing loan as the sponsor will be paying down the principal balance each month with operating cash flow from its business.
LOGE Taos
A $2,000,000 loan secured by a senior lien on a 118-room hotel located in Taos, New Mexico. The sponsor owns a portfolio of 20 properties with an outdoor-adventure-focused experience.
The sponsor had been using equity to fund the acquisition and construction to date. We are excited to step in and provide financing to continue construction while the sponsor finalizes a long-term financing solution.
Four Points Kalamazoo
A $3,850,000 loan on a 149-room Four Points hotel in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
The funds were strategically utilized to retire a cross-collateralized loan on the subject property and another hotel under contract for sale within the sponsor’s portfolio, enabling a seamless sale/refinance strategy.
O’Hare Renaissance
An $8,700,000 loan secured by the 362-room Renaissance Chicago O’Hare Suites Hotel and a 160-room Holiday Inn in Elk Grove Village.
Our client seized a unique opportunity to acquire the Renaissance Hotel at a discounted price of $12,000,000. Their strategic plan includes significant cost reductions to enhance property value.

CRE Bridge Capital provided a $2,500,000 loan secured by a 200-acre rock mine in Central Florida. The Sponsor utilized these funds to settle existing loans and acquire pivotal heavy equipment, essential for expanding their mining operations.
As an extra layer of security, CRE Bridge Capital took a first lien on machinery and equipment, as well as a second lien on two Walgreens and a 7-unit multifamily in Chicago.
Spring Hill
A $4,650,000 loan secured by a senior lien on a 37-acre development parcel located in Spring Hill, Florida. This achievement showcases our commitment to delivering flexible and strategic financing solutions to empower real estate ventures.
Managed by an experienced real estate owner and land developer, the sponsor will utilize the loan to acquire a 20.98-acre parcel for $4,500,000 and refinance a contiguous 16.08-acre parcel recently acquired for $2,500,000.
The visionary plan for the development involves subdividing the two contiguous parcels into a seven-parcel mixed-use project, encompassing two multi-family parcels and five retail parcels. The sponsor has already received offers for the sale of four of the seven parcels and is currently in negotiations for a ground lease and a build-to-suit lease for two additional parcels.
